To receive an application to volunteer in one of our ministries, please call or e-mail us and let us know what application or form you would like.  We will do our very best to either mail or email you the application you have requested.  Once the application is filled out, please mail or e-mail it to our office. 

The following is a list of our applications for those interested in participating in our ministry.

Camp Staff Applications:

  • Minor – New Staff  (age 13 – 15) 
  • Returning Staff

Host/Hostess Applications for 5-Day Clubs or Good News Clubs:

Teachers/Helpers Applications and Forms

All teachers and helpers must read the Standards for Teachers/Helpers and seek to follow it.
